Blood Glucose Monitoring System is designed to quantitatively measure glucose with fresh capillary whole blood or venous whole blood. The system is intended for use outside the human body as an aid to monitor the effectiveness of diabetes control.
The Blood Glucose Monitoring System is not used for the diagnosis of the diabetes or tests of newborns. To ensure accurate results, please follow these guidelines:
To ensure accurate results:
-
Read instructions before use.
- The Blood Glucose Meter should only be used with Test Strips which are the same trade mark as Blood Glucose Meter.
- For in vitro diagnostic use only. Your Blood Glucose Meter is to be used only outside the body for testing purposes.
- For self testing use.
- Do not change your medication or treatment plan base on the test results without advice of doctor or diabetes healthcare profession.
- For self-testers, Contact your doctor when the blood glucose reading is abnormal against your experiencing symptoms.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Please use the meter in a manner specified by the manufacturer, or protection may be impaired.
Principle of measurement
The test is based on electrochemical sensor technology. The Meter measures the electrical current generated by the reaction of glucose or Uric acid with the reagent of the strip, and displays the corresponding blood glucose and uric acid , level. The strength of the current produced by the reaction depends on the amount of glucose or uric acid in the blood sample.
Multifunction Analysis Meter(Glucose & Uric acid) reads the test strips and displays the Blood glucose or Uric acid concentration. Use this diagram to become familiar with all the parts of your meter.
Main Features of Blood Glucose Monitoring System
